HOW IT WORKS

It’s actually very simple although it has taken many years of research and development to get to this point.

  1. LDS will exchange contracts, pre-construction, to acquire all the units on a site at a discount. A 10% cash deposit will be paid at this point which can be released for use by the developer
  2. The developer will commence construction and open market sales. For each unit sold a small underwrite fee will be payable to LDS
  3. If there are unsold units at completion, or at any point in the process, the developer can call upon LDS to complete

Our Requirements

  • Housing schemes (small element of apartments considered)
  • North West and Yorkshire (will consider bordering locations)
  • 15 - 60 units per scheme or phase
  • Typical GDV levels of £3,000,000- £20,000,000
